Key concepts
A few terms appear throughout the dashboard. Knowing what they mean up front makes the rest of these docs faster to read.
- Organization
Your business in OnCloudWine. Everything (contacts, releases, products) lives inside an organization. You can belong to multiple, switched from the organization picker.
- Club
A membership group inside your organization — for example "Red Wine Club" or "Reserve Members". Contacts belong to one or more clubs and receive that club's releases.
- Contact
A single person in your CRM. Contacts have status (active, on hold, cancelled), tags, tasks, payment methods, and a fulfillment history.
- Release
A scheduled batch of products sent to a club's members. Each release moves through stages — Draft, Pending, Completed — and triggers payments and fulfillments.
- Fulfillment
A single member's order from a release. It's the unit you actually pack and ship (or hand off for pickup).
- Portal
The member-facing interface, available at your custom domain or
your-org.oncloudwine.com. Members sign in with a magic link to manage their profile, view orders, and update payment methods.
Where features live
The dashboard is grouped by what you're trying to do. Here's the high-level map of the sidebar:
