Organization Settings

General organization configuration — branding, social, business hours, slug, and the danger zone.

Organization settings affect everyone in the org and apply to the member-facing portal, transactional emails, and reports. Anyone with the Admin role can edit them.

Where to find it

Organization details

Name

Your business name. Appears on the portal, transactional emails, and invoice templates.

Description

A short tagline shown on the portal home page.

Slug

URL-safe identifier. Drives default portal URL (your-slug.oncloudwine.com) and dashboard routes (/organizations/your-slug/...). Editable but breaks bookmarked URLs when changed.

Time zone

Used by background jobs (task automations, scheduled reports). Set to your business location.

Primary color

Hex value used as the accent color on the member portal — buttons, links, focus rings.

Upload a logo to brand the portal and emails. SVG strongly preferred — it scales for retina and PDF. Otherwise PNG at 256+ pixels square.

The logo appears:

  • Header of every portal page
  • Top of every transactional email
  • Top of generated invoices

Optional. Each link added here appears in the footer of the portal. Supported: X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn.

Business hours

Set your hours per day-of-week. Shown on the portal Help page so members know when they'll get a response from you. Members in different time zones see hours converted to their own.

The other tabs in brief

Each is covered in its own doc:

Organization security

IP whitelist

Settings → Organization → Security → IP Whitelist lets you restrict dashboard access to specific IP ranges. Useful for wineries with a strict "only from the office network" policy.

CIDR ranges are supported. Add multiple ranges (office, home, VPN exit node) to keep flexibility.

Danger zone

The bottom of General has a danger zone for destructive org-level actions.

Delete organization

  1. Confirm scope

Deleting the org permanently removes contacts, releases, products, fulfillments, payments, and integrations. There's no recovery.

  2. Type the org name

The form requires you to type the exact org name to confirm.

  3. Enter your PIN

If you've set a PIN (recommended), it's required for this action.

  4. Confirm

The deletion runs as a background cleanup job. You're signed out of the org immediately and the cleanup completes within a few minutes.

Transfer ownership

To transfer ownership to another Admin, change their role to Owner in the Members tab. There's exactly one Owner per organization at any time. The previous Owner is downgraded to Admin automatically.
