Reports & Analytics
The dashboard home page metrics, the Reports catalog, and signup goal tracking.
OnCloudWine surfaces analytics in two places: the dashboard Home page (at-a-glance metrics for the running period) and the Reports page (point-in-time exports for compliance, accounting, and planning).
The Home page
The dashboard Home is your daily heartbeat.

Analytics and performance metrics
Overview tab
- Club metrics
Active member counts per club, with period-over-period change.
- Members on hold
Total members at status ON_HOLD. Spikes here often signal a payment processing issue.
- Member growth
Trend chart of net new active members over the date range.
- Recent activity
The latest entries from the activity log — useful for spotting issues without leaving the home page.
Signups tab
- New signups
Count of contacts created in the date range, broken out by source (manual, Square sync, portal signup, import).
- Signup goals
Progress toward goals you've configured under Settings → Reporting. Multiple goals (per-club, per-quarter) can be tracked simultaneously.
- Signup leaderboard
Tasting-room staff ranked by signups attributed to them. Pulled from Square location and staff data.
Sales tab
- Revenue
Captured payments in the period, broken out by release.
- Average release value
Total release revenue divided by active members participating.
- Refunds
Total refunded amount and count, with reasons.
- Failed payments
Count and dollar value of payments still in FAILED — a triage queue.
Date range and filters
The Home page has a top-of-page filter bar:
- Date range
Last 7/30/90 days, this/last quarter, this/last year, or a custom range. Persists in the URL so you can share the view.
- Club
All or a specific club. Useful for comparing club performance.
The Reports page
For point-in-time exports rather than live dashboards, Reports in the sidebar.
Reports
Generate and download various reports for your organization
| Report | When to use | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Compliance report | Quarterly compliance filings. | CSV |
| Contact list | Full contact export for backup or migration. | Excel |
| Club details | Per-club membership metrics for board updates. | CSV |
| Cancellation reasons | Spot churn patterns by reason. | CSV |
Each report is covered in detail in Compliance Reporting and Importing & Exporting.
Signup goals
Goals are how you track signup performance against targets.
Setting a goal
Open reporting settings
Settings → Organization → Reporting → Signup Goals.
Click Create Goal
Pick a name (e.g., "Q2 2026 Reds Club"), the target club, the time period, and the target count.
Save
The goal appears on the Home → Signups tab with a progress bar and percentage to target.
Signup goals show pacing — whether you're on-track based on time elapsed in the goal period. A 100-signup goal that's 50% through its period should be at ~50 signups; less and the bar turns yellow.
