Choosing a Plan

Pick the right OnCloudWine plan, start your trial, and understand what happens at billing.

OnCloudWine plans are billed per organization. You'll be prompted to choose a plan immediately after onboarding, and you can switch plans at any time from Settings → Organization → Billing → Plan.

How plans work

Per-organization billing

Each organization has its own subscription and invoices. If you run two wineries you'll have two billing relationships.

Trial availability

The Choose Plan page shows which plans you're still eligible to trial. If you've already trialed Pro, for example, you can't trial it again — but you can still subscribe directly.

Switching

Upgrade and downgrade at any time. Pro-rated charges or credits appear on your next invoice automatically.

Cancellation

Cancel from Settings → Organization → Billing → Plan. Your data and members stay accessible until the end of the current billing period.

Choose Plan

Pick a plan and start your trial. Plans you've already trialed are clearly marked.

The page shows three things for each plan:

  1. What's included — a feature list and any per-plan limits.
  2. Trial availability — a badge marks plans you've not yet trialed.
  3. Action button — "Start free trial" or "Subscribe now" depending on eligibility.

Starting a trial

  1. Pick a plan and click Start free trial

    You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to record a payment method. No charge is made today.

  2. Confirm the payment method

    A small authorization may appear on your statement and is reversed automatically. The card is only used at the end of the trial.

  3. Land back in the dashboard

    The plan is active immediately. Your billing settings show the trial end date and the date of the first charge.

Subscribing without a trial

If you've already trialed the plan you want, click Subscribe now. You're charged the first invoice on the spot and your subscription begins.

Switching plans later

  1. Open billing settings

    Go to Settings → Organization → Billing → Plan.

  2. Click Change plan

    The same plan picker appears, with your current plan marked.

  3. Confirm the change

    Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — features above the new plan's limit remain accessible until the change applies.

Invoices

Every successful charge generates an invoice viewable under Settings → Organization → Billing → Invoices. From there you can:

  • Download a PDF for accounting
  • See the next scheduled charge date
  • Update the payment method (handled by Stripe)
